About Annota

Annota is an AI medical scribe built specifically for doctors in Malaysia, Singapore, and (soon) Australia. We document patient consultations into structured SOAP notes — so you spend less time typing and more time with patients.

We are a documentation tool, not a clinical decision-maker. Every note is reviewed and signed by you before it's used in patient care. We document what was said. You make every clinical decision.

Why we exist

Solo doctors and small clinics in Southeast Asia lose 90 minutes a day to documentation they'd rather not be doing. Existing AI scribes are built for US doctors, in US English, with US note formats. Annota is built for the way Southeast Asian medicine actually works — including consultations that switch between English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and Tamil mid-sentence.
